🔸️ To catch up on something - to do something that you haven't been able to do recently

✏ I have to catch up on my studies on my days off.

🔸️ To catch up with someone - to meet with someone (usually with family and friends) with the purpose to update one another on life events that happened since the last time you saw each other

✏ You and I must really catch up sometime soon.

❗ Phrasal verbs can be confusing because they often look similar and also each phrasal verb can have several different meanings, so it's best to learn them separately.

🙋🏼‍♀️ So, are you catching up on anything this weekend? Or catching up with someone? 😉
